Second email for a Valorant alt account
A Riot account is tied to one email address, and one email can only hold one Riot account. So a second Valorant account starts with a second email. You do not need a new inbox for it. An alt email that sends everything to your main email works, and Riot's codes arrive where you already look.
What Valorant does with the email
- Riot verifies the address with a code before the account is fully yours.
- Sign-in codes, password resets and account alerts all go to that address. Riot has no other way to reach you.
- The address is the recovery path. If it is a throwaway that expired, the account is gone.
Why a throwaway inbox is the wrong tool
- A ten-minute email site gives you an address that dies. The next time the game emails a code, nobody gets it, and the account is lost.
- A second Gmail is a second inbox to check, a second password to keep, and one more thing to forget.
- Your real email on a second account ties the two together and shows the game who you are.
How to do it
- Press Create in Altcloak and name it, like "Valorant 2". You get an address ending in @altcloak.com.
- Open the Riot Client, or riotgames.com, and choose Create account. Paste the address in.
- Riot emails a code. It goes to your main email. Enter it and pick your Riot ID.
- Install nothing new. Sign in to Valorant with the new account when you want to use it.
The one-click way
Instead of another Gmail, Altcloak gives you an alt email in a click, ending in @altcloak.com. Paste it into the sign-up form. Codes go to your main email, and Altcloak remembers which alt the address belongs to, with the password if you want.

Questions
Is a second account against Riot's rules?
Owning more than one account is not against Riot's terms. Selling accounts, boosting for money and account sharing are. Read Riot's own rules before you rank on it.
Does the region matter?
The region is set on the Riot account, not on the email. Any email works in any region.
Can I keep both accounts in one password manager?
Yes. Altcloak saves the password you chose with the alt, and you can copy both into your password manager.
