AltcloakEmail for a Discord alt account
Discord allows one account per email address, so a Discord alt needs an address you have not used on Discord. The address has to keep working, because Discord emails a code when you sign in from somewhere new. An alt email that sends everything to your main email gives you that without a second inbox to babysit.
What Discord does with the email
- Discord asks you to verify the address soon after sign-up. Until you do, you cannot join most servers.
- A new device or a new location triggers an email with a code. A throwaway that has expired locks you out.
- Discord sometimes asks for a phone number on top, usually when it thinks an account is a bot. That is Discord's call, not the email's.
Why a throwaway inbox is the wrong tool
- A ten-minute email site gives you an address that dies. The next time the game emails a code, nobody gets it, and the account is lost.
- A second Gmail is a second inbox to check, a second password to keep, and one more thing to forget.
- Your real email on a second account ties the two together and shows the game who you are.
How to do it
- Press Create in Altcloak and name it, like "Discord 2". You get an address ending in @altcloak.com.
- Open discord.com/register and paste the address in with a username and password.
- Discord emails a verify link and later a code. Both go to your main email, from the alt address.
- Use the alt on a second browser profile or the Discord app's account switcher.
The one-click way
Instead of another Gmail, Altcloak gives you an alt email in a click, ending in @altcloak.com. Paste it into the sign-up form. Codes go to your main email, and Altcloak remembers which alt the address belongs to, with the password if you want.

Questions
Are alt accounts allowed on Discord?
Yes, as long as the alt is not used to get around a ban or to break a server's rules. Altcloak's terms say the same, and alts used for abuse get shut off.
Will the server owners see my real email?
No. Discord never shows your email to other users, and the alt keeps your real address out of Discord altogether.
What about Nitro or payments?
Payments are tied to the Discord account, not the email. Receipts go to the alt and on to your main email.
